María Emilia Maldonado
María Emilia Maldonado holds a degree in Mathematics and Physics Education (2024, University of Loja, Ecuador) and a Master’s degree in Mathematical Research (2025, Polytechnic University of Valencia, UPV). Her master’s thesis, entitled ‘Functional averages in the design of iterative methods for solving non-linear problems: Convergence and stability’, was supervised by Juan R. Torregrosa and Alicia Cordero.
She is currently a PhD student in Mathematics at the UPV. She also collaborates with Cantera de Empresas, where she teaches logic and programming, promoting scientific thinking from an early age.
