Javier García is Bachelor in Physics (Universitat de Barcelona) and PhD in Mathematics (Universitat Politècnica de València, 2017), after the defense of the PhD Thesis Análisis dinámico y numérico de familias de métodos iterativos para la resolución de ecuaciones no lineales y su extensión a espacios de Banach, supervised by Alicia Cordero, Juan Ramón Torregrosa and María Penkova Vassileva.
He worked in the building of synchrotron ALBA until 2009. Since then, he is teacher in the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC). His research is related on the numerical methods, focused in the study of the dynamics of iterative mtehods for solving nonlinear equations and systems.
